In this Make AI Agent review, I build an automated issue-management workflow using Make, webhooks, GitHub, Slack, Google Sheets, and Gmail. The AI Agent reviews incoming system alerts, classifies each issue as P0, P1, P2, or P3, and sends it through the correct workflow. High-priority issues create a GitHub ticket, notify the team in Slack, update the issue log, and generate a customer email draft in Gmail. Lower-priority issues are simply recorded without triggering the full escalation process. I also test the Make Reasoning Panel to see how the AI analyzes an issue and explains its decision before the rest of the automation runs.
